If you would like to give memorial flowers or music for Easter, please click to fill out an online form or if you'd prefer, you can download a form, and mail it and your check in to Christ Church, 25 Central St., Andover, MA 01810. Please make your check out to Christ Church with a memo notation marked “Easter Memorials.” The deadline to have names printed in the Easter service leaflet is Monday, April 3rd.
