If you would like to give the Altar Flowers in memory of (or in honor of or thanksgiving for) a loved one, please fill out this form and click "submit".

There are two choices for payment:
1. Click here to pay online (choose the "Memorial Flowers" fund from the drop-down menu and write the name of the person you're honoring in the optional memo space)
OR
2. Send in a check for your donation payable to Christ Church with a memo notation marked "Altar Flowers for (person's name)", either in the Sunday collection plate or by mailing to the church offices at 25 Central St., Andover, MA 01810.

Donations of any amount may be made (the average Sunday flower arrangement costs $80.00).  If you have any questions about flower memorials, please e-mail Mary Ann Lennon.  If you have any questions about payment, please e-mail Karen Aalto in the church office.
