2022-23 PreK-Grade 5 Church School Registration Form We welcome all children to the Church School and Youth Groups at Christ Church. We want all children to feel comfortable and to have a positive experience. If you are new to the Christ Church Sunday School program, please contact Josephine Nason to discuss ways that we can best support your child while participating in church school. Please fill out the information below to register each of your children (one form per child) who attend Pre-K through 5th grade. Please register youth in grades 6-12 on the separate Youth Registration Form.
