2022-2023 Youth Registration Form We welcome all youth in grades 6-12 to participate in the programs created for Youth at Christ Church. We want all youth to feel comfortable and to have a positive experience. If you are new to the Christ Church youth program, please e-mail Kathy Serrano to discuss ways that we can best support your youth. Please fill out the information below to register each of your children (one form per youth) who attend Grades 6-12th grade.
