Rector
Michael was called to serve as the fifteenth rector of Christ Church in May 2014, and his first Sunday with us was August 17, 2014. He is married to Laurie, and they have two daughters, Emma and Sally. Michael is passionate about proclaiming that "Everyone is welcome at God's table." 
Associate for Pastoral Care
Jim serves on our staff as Associate for Pastoral Care. A longtime member of Christ Church, Jim works with our Pastoral Care committee to coordinate visits to parishioners at home and at health-care facilities. 
Minister of Music
Barbara was appointed Minister of Music in February 2005. She oversees a multi-level choir program, a series of concerts, and plays for morning and evening services, weddings and funerals. She works closely with the teachers and families of children and young adults, training singers and providing music for Children's Chapel, Christmas Pageant, and choir festivals. 
Director of Finance
Karen began working at Christ Church in July 2016. She oversees the financial operations of the parish, Children's Center, Thrift Shop, and the Park Street property. 
Director of Communications
Mary Ann is responsible for all communications, including the Sunday bulletins, the various "Prophets" (weekly "eProphet" e-mail and Sunday bulletin announcements), and maintaining our website. She also provides administrative support for Stewardship and Christian Education, maintains the database and the church calendar, and is also the contact for groups wishing to use Christ Church space for their meetings. 
Sexton
Ken is responsible for taking care of the buildings and grounds, and keeping things up and running. He coordinates repairs and improvements for all our buildings, including the church, Rectory, Glebe House offices and the church property at 10 Park Street, which houses the Andover Thrift Shop. Ken's background is in facilities construction project management. Ken began his work at Christ Church in January 2023. He lives in Tewksbury with his wife Julie.

Office Assistant
Liz helps Karen in the finance office with counting, posting, and other responsibilities. She's also a huge help to Mary Ann with printing, mailings, and other administrative tasks. 
Director of Christ Church Children's Center
Christy came to Christ Church Children's Center in 2006, and worked as a teacher before being hired as Director in 2009. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of early childhood education.

Senior Warden
Michael and his wife Holly joined Christ Church in 2007 after moving to the area from New York City. Their two young children were baptized at Christ Church. Michael is passionate about our mission and outreach ministries. 
Clerk of the Vestry
Cindy, a lifelong Episcopalian, joined Christ Church in 2011 with her husband Jim and son Leo. She teaches in our Church School and has been a co-leader of our Christmas Pageant the past few years. She works as a Regional Manager of Information Services with Bain & Company in Boston. 
Treasurer
Matt and his wife Jen have been members of Christ Church since 2012, and their children have been involved in church school and youth groups, and been baptized and confirmed here. Matt serves as an usher and is the latest addition to the Communications subcommittee of the Vestry. 
George is relatively new to the Episcopal Church, and even newer to Christ Church, having joined with his wife Sarah Atwood and their two children in 2015. He enjoys teaching church school here. 
Louise and her husband Reed came to Christ Church about 25 year ago, and her children grew up here. Louise ran youth groups and mission trips, formed a women's group, helped with newcomers, and completed EFM. She is a member of the Society of Companions of the Holy Cross. This is Louise's second time serving on the Vestry. 
Tim began attending Christ Church in 2018 along with his wife, Kate, and their three children, Declan, Elsa, and Graeme. Tim assists as a videographer for our online streaming services. 
Don was baptized and confirmed at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Port Washington, Long Island, New York. After attending other denominations, Don joined Christ Church in 2016 and immediately joined our Parish Choir, having been involved in music most of his life. 
Jackie and her husband Brian joined Christ Church in 2008 when they moved to Andover from Boston with their three children. She has served as a Sunday School teacher, and has been a member of our Children's Center board. 
Hope and her family came to Christ Church in 2008 after settling in Andover. Raised as an Episcopalian, Hope wanted to raise her family with the same traditions she had grown up with. Since coming to Christ Church, Hope has been a Sunday School teacher and a member of the Children's Ministries Board.
