Practicing Generosity:

A Core Value at Christ Church, Generosity is central to the Christian life. Just as God has so generously given us all that we have and all that we are, and gives his very self to us in Jesus Christ, so we learn to give of ourselves as we grow in the Christian life and faith. The habits of generosity are learned first of all through a growing and deepening awareness of our blessings in life. When we fully appreciate how blessed we are, we cannot help but respond in giving of ourselves back to God.

Building community

Building up and caring for the Body of Christ takes many forms at Christ Church — from the welcome we extend to newcomers, to the lively sense of community nurtured through parish suppers and small group ministries, to the pastoral care given to those who are sick or in need.
Clergy and staff salaries and benefits A large part of our parish budget goes to the salaries and benefits of our staff. Good people working for us day in and day out are critical to the life of our parish. The costs of salaries and benefits continue to rise, and we must do our part to insure that we offer fair compensation to those who work so hard for us.
