Christ Church Children's Center

The Christ Church Children's Center was established in 1969 as a church-sponsored pre-school program. For over 40 years, our wonderful teachers and dedicated staff have provided a warm and supportive atmosphere where young children can learn about themselves, each other, and the world around them.

Our programs seek to develop each individual child’s self-esteem, while building a classroom community through developmentally appropriate activities. Teachers foster each child’s sense of personal responsibility and balances structured activities designed for fun and learning with free time to help children make choices and explore new possibilities. We emphasize a cooperative spirit by helping children resolve their own conflicts within safe limits and treat children with respect, understanding, and good humor.

Christ Church Children's Center encourages open communication between school and home in order to be mutually supportive and values the community of families that makes our program unique. The Center does not discriminate in providing services to children and their families on the basis of race, religion, cultural heritage, national origin, political beliefs, sexual orientation, marital status of parents, or disability.

Class schedules vary according to the child’s age and follow a school year calendar.
